Yamaha V-Star XVS650 Custom Gallery

I recently had the opportunity to test ride the Yamaha V-Star XVS650 Custom, which offers a traditional cruiser option in the LAMS segment, as an alternative to Harley-Davidson’s Street 500.

The XVS650 stands out because it’s been around for a lengthy period, and offers an exceptional beginner cruiser, with a more custom style than the standard XVS650, meaning a bit more trimmed back and sporty.

While featuring old technology in the form of carburetors and a choke, something young riders may be unfamiliar with, the V-Star XVS650 Custom is an option that’s been delivering for years, and continues to impress.

  1. Great bikes..have a 2005…runs very strong..great for cruising..great sound…not a heavy bike. Have had 4 motorcycles..I believe I will stick with 650-1100 series.!
