I take a look at Husqvarna’s Norden 901, and see how the ergonomics and rider fit work for me as 180 cm with a 32 inch inseam, including seat height, perception of weight, balance and overall feel.
Despite being a taller, larger adventure bike, the Norden 901 carries it’s weight extremely well with low mounted fuel tanks and is actually a very manageable machine, narrow putting a foot down for an easy reach to the ground but comfortable on the seat too.
Wide bars are an easy reach, and standing on the bike is also very natural with the seat providing a soft spot to grab between your knees, and allowing little to no weight on the ‘bars while standing.
Wind protection is good, if not amazing but non adjustable, however there’s full adjustability at the forks, rebound and preload on the shock and the bike is well suited to two-up riding, if not providing quite the level of comfort for the pillion as a tourer or bigger ADV.
