2020 Yamaha YZF-R15 V3.0 Video Review

A massive styling update is matched by a big boost in performance, with a 5 cc capacity increase, 18% increase in power and great top end, while a slipper clutch is also fitted.

New wheels and larger MRF tyres are another update, with a Bybre front caliper on 282 mm rotor, with a 20 mm shorter wheelbase, and trail reduced by 10 mm for sharper handling.

Ergonomics are true to the YZF name, with clip-on style ‘bars off the top of the forks, and a compact sporty seating position, that offers the real supersport feel, but won’t be too intimidating to new riders.

Overall the latest iteration of the YZF-R15 offers an exceptional option in the smaller capacity category, available at a highly competitive price and biting at the heels of larger capacity options like the GSX250R and CBR300R.2020 Yamaha YZF-R15 V3 Review
